　　中共中央總書(shū)記、國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平1日在人民大會(huì)堂出席中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨與世界政黨高層對(duì)話會(huì)開(kāi)幕式，并發(fā)表題為《攜手建設(shè)更加美好的世界》的主旨講話，強(qiáng)調(diào)政黨要順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展潮流、把握人類進(jìn)步大勢(shì)、順應(yīng)人民共同期待，志存高遠(yuǎn)、敢于擔(dān)當(dāng)，自覺(jué)擔(dān)負(fù)起時(shí)代使命。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨將一如既往為世界和平安寧、共同發(fā)展、文明交流互鑒作貢獻(xiàn)。

　　習(xí)近平在講話中闡釋了人類命運(yùn)共同體的內(nèi)涵：

　　“人類命運(yùn)共同體，顧名思義，就是每個(gè)民族、每個(gè)國(guó)家的前途命運(yùn)都緊緊聯(lián)系在一起，應(yīng)該風(fēng)雨同舟，榮辱與共，努力把我們生于斯、長(zhǎng)于斯的這個(gè)星球建成一個(gè)和睦的大家庭，把世界各國(guó)人民對(duì)美好生活的向往變成現(xiàn)實(shí)�！� 

　　"Building a community with a shared future for mankind is in essence to connect the prospects and destinies of every nation and country closely together, share weal and woe, turn planet Earth into a harmonious family, and make people's desire for better life come true."

　　習(xí)近平同時(shí)指出，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨是為中國(guó)人民謀幸福的黨，也是為人類進(jìn)步事業(yè)而奮斗的黨。我們要把自己的事情做好，這本身就是對(duì)構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體的貢獻(xiàn)。我們也要通過(guò)推動(dòng)中國(guó)發(fā)展給世界創(chuàng)造更多機(jī)遇。我們不“輸入”外國(guó)模式，也不“輸出”中國(guó)模式，不會(huì)要求別國(guó)“復(fù)制”中國(guó)的做法。

　　在講話結(jié)束時(shí)，習(xí)近平引用了《論語(yǔ)》中的名句“益者三友，友直、友諒、友多聞”，強(qiáng)調(diào)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨愿同世界各國(guó)政黨加強(qiáng)往來(lái)，分享治黨治國(guó)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，開(kāi)展文明交流對(duì)話，增進(jìn)彼此戰(zhàn)略信任，推動(dòng)構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體，攜手建設(shè)更加美好的世界。

　　“益者三友，友直、友諒、友多聞”出自《論語(yǔ) 季氏篇》，全句是這樣說(shuō)的：

　　子曰：“益者三友，損者三友。友直，友諒，友多聞，益矣。友便辟，友善柔，友便佞，損矣�！� 

　　這句話的意思是：

　　孔子說(shuō)：“有益的朋友有三種，有害的朋友有三種。結(jié)交正直的朋友，誠(chéng)信的朋友，知識(shí)廣博的朋友，是有益的。結(jié)交諂媚逢迎的人，結(jié)交表面奉承而背后誹謗人的人，結(jié)交善于花言巧語(yǔ)的人，是有害的�！�

　　辜鴻銘翻譯的《論語(yǔ)》英譯中，這句話是這樣表達(dá)的：

　　Confucius remarked, "There are three kinds of friendship which are beneficial and three kinds which are injurious. Friendship with upright men, with faithful men, and with men of much information: such friendship are beneficial. Friendship with plausible men, with men of insinuating manners, and with glibtongued men: such friendships are injurious."

　　不同國(guó)家的政黨應(yīng)該增進(jìn)互信、加強(qiáng)溝通、密切協(xié)作，探索在新型國(guó)際關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上建立求同存異、相互尊重、互學(xué)互鑒的新型政黨關(guān)系。

　　Political parties of different countries should enhance mutual trust, communication and coordination and develop a new model of party-to-party relations, in which political parties seek common grounds while shelving differences, respect and learn from one another.

　　一國(guó)安全不能建立在別國(guó)不安全之上，別國(guó)面臨的威脅也可能成為本國(guó)的挑戰(zhàn)。面對(duì)日益復(fù)雜化、綜合化的安全威脅，單打獨(dú)斗不行，迷信武力更不行。

　　A country cannot gain its security at the cost of others'. Threats facing other countries may be challenges to ourselves. Facing increasingly complicated and integrated threats, we shall not fight alone, nor shall we worship military force.

　　如果奉行你輸我贏、贏者通吃的老一套邏輯，如果采取爾虞我詐、以鄰為壑的老一套辦法，結(jié)果必然是封上了別人的門(mén)，也堵上了自己的路，侵蝕的是自己發(fā)展的根基，損害的是全人類的未來(lái)。

　　The old-school winner-takes-all mentality and beggar-thy-neighbor approach would not only block the doors of others, but also barricade one's own path. They would erode a country's own roots for growth, and impair the future of whole humanity.

　　中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨所做的一切，就是為中國(guó)人民謀幸福、為中華民族謀復(fù)興、為人類謀和平與發(fā)展。

　　The CPC strives for the well-being of the Chinese people, rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as well as peace and development of mankind.

　　我們不“輸入”外國(guó)模式，也不“輸出”中國(guó)模式，不會(huì)要求別國(guó)“復(fù)制”中國(guó)的做法。

　　The CPC would neither import foreign models of development nor export the Chinese model. We will not ask other countries to copy the Chinese practice

　　中國(guó)無(wú)論發(fā)展到什么程度，都永遠(yuǎn)不稱霸，永遠(yuǎn)不搞擴(kuò)張。我們倡議世界各國(guó)政黨同我們一道，做世界和平的建設(shè)者、全球發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)者、國(guó)際秩序的維護(hù)者。

　　No matter how much stronger it may become, China will never seek hegemony or expansion. We call on all the parties around the world to join us in bringing peace to the world, contributing to global development and maintaining world order.
